Italian cooking + shopping
Learn to cook authentic Italian dishes in a suggestive and friendly
environment where you will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and
have fun doing it. All cooking classes are hands-on, use the freshest of
ingredients and sample the olive oil, wine and tomatoes produced
directly on the local grounds. Our local chef will guide you through the
preparation of simple but delicious Italian recipes and reveal some of
Italian culinary secrets. The cooking teacher speaks English so
understanding won't be a problem. The cookery classes take place in one
of the restaurants in the Centre. Cooking class lasts about 1 hour.
At the end of the session, when everybody is ready, you can finally
sit down and enjoy your meal together with a good bottle of wine.
Morning and afternoon can be fully devoted to your shopping experience.

Italian lesson + shopping
During our 2-hours course, you will learn the basic Italian language
and cultural skills needed to get around the centre comfortably and
confidently! Our students spend time both in and outside of the
classroom, practicing Italian with mother-tongue Italian speakers.
With our course you will be able to:
- Socialize with Italians and ask for information;
- Understand signs, order in restaurants and go shopping with ease.
